Service

Potholes, cracks,
and soft spots.

Fix it before it spreads. We handle crack seal, saw cut patches, pothole repair, and full depth rebuilds across Northwest Arkansas, from a single hole in a driveway to multi site commercial contracts.

Small problems get big in a hurry. One crack lets water in, the freeze thaw cycle works on it, and by spring you have a pothole eating tires. The cheap fix today is almost always saving you money against the tear out tomorrow.

We handle the full range of asphalt repair. Hot rubber crack seal, infrared patching on smaller defects, saw cut and rebuild for deeper failures, and full depth reclamation when the whole section has gone soft. We scope to the problem, not the other way around.

How the job runs

  • Walk the area, mark each defect, measure square footage.
  • Scope the right fix for each, crack seal, patch, or full depth.
  • Saw cut clean edges around failed pavement so the patch ties in straight.
  • Remove the bad asphalt and broken base, haul it off.
  • Rebuild stone base if the subgrade is soft or pumping.
  • Tack the edges, lay hot mix in lifts, and compact with a plate or roller.
  • Crack seal anything wider than a quarter inch nearby while we are on site.
  • Sweep up, take photos, and leave you the square footage report.

We can do one off pothole calls, scheduled maintenance visits for property managers, and emergency repairs when a delivery truck cannot make it through your yard.
