Service

Industrial pavement
for real loads.

Warehouses, distribution yards, forklift aisles, trailer parking, and equipment pads. We build industrial pavement that holds up to loaded trucks, skid steers, and daily cycle time, not just pretty photo ops.

Industrial pavement is a different animal. Point loads from trailer landing gear, turning forklifts, and loaded box trucks chew through pavement that was only spec'd for cars. We design depth, mix type, and base for the real loads, not a residential template pulled off a shelf.

Northwest Arkansas has a deep bench of manufacturing, poultry, logistics, and steel building clients. Whether it is an access road off a state highway or the loading apron behind a distribution center, we have been under a paver enough to know where these lots fail and how to keep yours off that list.

How the job runs

  • Review loads with you, truck counts, trailer storage, forklift paths.
  • Geo check the subgrade, address soft spots and drainage before stone goes down.
  • Deeper stone base sized to the point loads the yard will see.
  • Heavier mix design, often 4 to 6 inches in two lifts for truck aisles.
  • Concrete pads where needed at dumpster corners and dock aprons.
  • Drainage built in, trench drains, inlets, and slope to keep water off the mat.
  • Safety striping, fire lanes, pedestrian walkways, and traffic arrows.
  • Phased installation so your operations keep moving product.

We can mobilize fast on shutdown windows, night pours, and weekend work when your operations call for it. Everything is priced clearly so there are no surprise change orders.

Why Hire Us

What you actually get.

Load Engineered

Depth and mix sized for trailers, forklifts, and loaded trucks. Not a residential spec dressed up as commercial.

Shutdown Friendly

Nights, weekends, and phased access so production does not stop because we are on site.

Drainage First

Water kills pavement. We design fall and catch basins up front so you are not chasing ponding problems later.

Common Questions

Industrial Paving FAQ.

Yes. We phase large yards into zones and schedule around your busiest hours. Nights, weekends, and holiday shutdowns are all options. We coordinate with your ops manager so nothing surprises your drivers.
Often a hybrid works best. Concrete pads where the landing gear parks, asphalt for the drive lanes. We design around your traffic patterns and can bid both materials.
Typical truck yards see 4 to 6 inches of asphalt in two lifts over 8 to 12 inches of crushed stone. Actual depth depends on your soil and loads. We engineer it, we do not guess.
Yes. We self perform excavation, grading, and drainage tie ins. One crew from dirt to stripe means fewer handoffs and a cleaner schedule.
